ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) is the international organisation for accreditation bodies. Their members include most governments in the World. They required a website and a Portal to manage their membership online. In particular they needed online balloting and collaborative working on legally binding documents. The rules governing these processes are strict and complex. Solutions developed a web portal using lightweight PHP that integrated with existing management systems. The Portal is now used all over the World to manage their members.
